Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains how eligible consumers can withdraw from a CoExyst subscription purchased online. Some rights depend on where you live, and nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Who this applies to

This policy is intended for consumers who purchase a CoExyst subscription online, including EU consumers where withdrawal rights apply.

EU 14-day withdrawal right

If you are an EU consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason.

When the period starts

The withdrawal period generally starts when the online service contract is concluded. Checkout and billing records should show the subscription date for the plan you selected.

How to withdraw

You can request withdrawal by using our withdrawal form or by contacting support@coexyst.app. Please include the email address used for your CoExyst account, your household name if available, the subscription plan, and the date you subscribed.

What happens after withdrawal

We will confirm receipt and review the request. If a refund is required by applicable law, we will process it using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.

Refund timing

Refund timing can depend on Stripe, the payment method, banks, card networks, and applicable law. This policy does not promise a refund where the law or a stated offer does not require one.

Immediate access acknowledgement

If you request immediate access to CoExyst during the withdrawal period, applicable law may allow us to account for services already provided before withdrawal. Checkout will explain any acknowledgement required before payment.
