This policy explains how eligible consumers can withdraw from a CoExyst subscription purchased online. Some rights depend on where you live, and nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
This policy is intended for consumers who purchase a CoExyst subscription online, including EU consumers where withdrawal rights apply.
If you are an EU consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally starts when the online service contract is concluded.
You can request withdrawal by using the withdrawal form at /legal/withdrawal or by contacting support@coexyst.app. Please include the email address used for your CoExyst account, your household name if available, the subscription plan, and the date you subscribed.
CoExyst will confirm receipt and review the request. If a refund is required by applicable law, CoExyst will process it using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
Refund timing can depend on Stripe, the payment method, banks, card networks, and applicable law.
If you request immediate access to CoExyst during the withdrawal period, applicable law may allow CoExyst to account for services already provided before withdrawal. Checkout will explain any acknowledgement required before payment.
